The Varian DS102 (Qty 1) vacuum pump is enclosed in the MS-QuietBox II noise reduction system, under the PerkinElmer CLARUS SQ 8 GC/MS mass spectrometer. The oil tray is mounted on the vibration dampners to prevent any vibration transfer to the mass spectrometer.
